September had no guests this year but it bought Pete's birthday, the end of the summer weather, the building of the indoor stairs (how did we live without those for 3.5 years!?) and work on the central heating. We continued to hang radiators and run pipes around the house but we still couldn't carry the actual woodburner inside as it was too f-ing heavy!
I haven't taken loads of pics, but here they are!

for the treads. Pete sanding and later painting them
(in the shed!)
